Examinations 2021 Going Digital

In view of the developing COVID-19 situation in Singapore, the Chinese Instrumental Music Grading Examinations 2021 will be conducted digitally. The safety and well-being of all candidates are our utmost priority. Unfortunately, with the number of infected cases continuing to rise and with vulnerable groups such as children of age 12 years and below and senior citizens taking the Examinations, we have decided to pivot the Examinations online. Candidates will now take the Examinations via video submission.

Candidates will submit their videos between 8 November and 3 December 2021, the videos will be evaluated from 9 December to 21 December 2021. The guidelines to the recording and submission of the videos will be made available in end-October.

Registration has also been extended, closing on 15 October 2021.

We certainly hope that the situation will improve, so that we can resume live Examinations next year. We thank you for your continued support. Stay safe and well!
